What is a DQ (Driver Qualification) file?
A Driver Qualification file is the set of records the FMCSA requires you to keep for each CDL driver — including their DOT-compliant application, motor vehicle record and annual review, CDL copy, and previous-employer checks.
Do Owner Operators need to fill out a driver application?
